We (Gabrielle & Surrey) grew up in Ipswich and have a massive love for our town. It has so much to offer, but it often gets overlooked. We feel like there is positive change coming to the town, and are mega keen to be part of it.

We have both worked in hospitality from restaurants, cafes and bistros to pop-ups, events and private dining. We live and breathe food and we know what we like. We are super excited to share it all with you.
